Good but Kelsha braided my hair and it felt super,super,super tight a day later. When I took it down, I had very bad shedding and my hair is still shedding. Stylists should know how to properly keep clients hair safe and healthy. Should know better than to braid too tight. It will cause hair loss and sometimes permanent hair loss.

Very welcoming environment. They checking temps and making sure you sanitize those hands honey. I'm new to the area, and this salon reminds me of going to the beauty shop back in the day where stylist actually took care of your hair by shampooing, conditioning, clipping your dead ins. Now if you choose to come shampooed to save time , that's up to you. My stylist is Kelsha. She's amazing, OMG. Easy to talk to, relatable, and will press every coco bud until it's like silk 🤣🤣🤣 . They're nothing like these kitchen beauticians that REQUIRE you to do all the work before coming, then charge $450. Check my ladies out. You won't be disappointed.

First time there I showed up early because the website said if you 15 minutes late they charge you $25. My appointment was at 10, when I came in at 9:59 they said she wasn’t there. So I waited 30 minutes before the receptionist said chantel said she is 10 minutes away. Ten minutes went by nobody, so symone I think her name was said I’ll take you. She was so sweet and informative. When symone was wash my hair chantel comes walking, I had waited over a hour for her. She apologize but sorry doesnt get my time back. She offer no discount or nothing. She was late over 15 minutes she should have offer me $25 discount since that’s her rules
