I had a tremendous time! Ms. Shaunda is kind, patient, fast, her skills are superb! SHE REALLY GAVE ME A MAKEOVER. She has a new forever client. I pray that God continues to bless her as she is a blessing.

Shaunda is the best stylist I have ever had! I am mixed so it is very hard for a stylist to understand what to do with my hair. I came to Shaunda with beyond damaged hair that was impossible to grow. Within the last two years my hair has grown down to my mid back, when it used to be barely at my shoulders. She's an expert at weave installation. My weaves look flawless and natural, while my hair is protected and growing. Now that I am not wearing a weave, she has continued to help me grow my hair out with her amazing products. If you want your hair to be healthy and beautiful you better go to Salon Cass!

Very unprofessional. Just like the other reviewers she was very rude. I scheduled two appointments with her .. the first time she decided to do a friends hair during my appointment time. Then said she hasn’t eaten all day so she ordered dinner for herself. I ended up not getting out of there until 9:30 pm. The second time I scheduled with her (to fix my highlights - because she gave me red highlights when I asked for blonde) and she showed up almost an hour late claiming she was in Chicago. It was upsetting because if she was busy during those times then please don’t schedule clients. She also had my card on file (through the hair stylist app) and charged my card for my hair service when I already paid her in the salon. I always leave Shaunda's chair looking and feeling beautiful. She was the first stylist I went to after swearing off salons for 5 years, and she restored my faith. She's excellent with my natural hair.

Salon Cass has been my SALON of choice even before Shaunda was in her present downtown location. My hair is healthy and strong and this is due to the dillegence and professionalism of this stylist extraordinaire! I ♥️ this place!!
