Salon by Nancy

I came in for a pedicure and waxing. The service was quick, and the pedicure looked nice, but when I asked for short nails, they were cut so short I couldn’t even tap them. During the waxing, the technician cut my lip twice and burned my nose. Worst of all, after I tipped each person $10 in cash, the manager and his wife pushed a tip on me by charging my card an extra $25 without my permission. Extremely rude and disrespectful. Now I can’t even get my money back. You should NEVER push a tip on a customer especially after receiving a decent tip each! OVER PRICED!

Went in, nobody was there. No workers or customers. Called out several times,no response. Actually called the salon while standing inside of it, no response. Waited @ 10 mins total, then left after nobody came to help me. As I was backing out of my parking spot a man came running out the door & said he would help me. I chose not to go back in. Not impressed with the customer service.

AWFUL! Don’t waste your $ here! I told them it was my wedding and went with white. When it was done terribly, I told him to fix it and he wouldn’t. He said it looks good. I went home and cried! The next day I went back in to either have them fix it right or take it all off. He wouldn’t fix it and he was going to charge me again. I had to argue and threat him with contacting the board in order for him to take it off! The pictures are at their counter.

Nancy is rude , When I arrived to her shop she was walking out the door as i was sitting in my car she than got in her car , Pulled off than i got out of my car walked in and told her brother i was there to get my eyebrows done , so he called nancy back to let her know im there for my eye brows , She than had a attitude and even said a rude comment to me saying my eye brows looked back. I will never go back there ever again.

I asked for ombré nails with coffin shape nails. I also showed a picture of what I wanted. I have 4 nails that you can clearly see where the white and pink stops. They also put a pink clear coat on top so the white part looks like it’s light pink. I asked people what color does it look like? And they all said pink. Even when I told people it’s ombré, they were shocked and couldn’t tell. Other than not achieving the ombré look, which was like the whole point, the shape of the coffin looks great and length looks great. I have 2 nails that look crooked but it’s not that noticeable. On another note, they allowed me in without an appointment and I forgot my mask. They also provided me a mask to wear. That was very nice of them. Without an appointment, the specialized nail technician was probabl
