Don’t let a bad review steer you from this place! You have to find the person that best fits your needs. Sam Makaris is my go to for long length haircut and blowout. The staff is really friendly and have very efficient processes. It’s an experience here from check in, to robe change, to tea or glass water to getting a nice hair wash all through the haircut and blowout! Also a bonus that the salon is beautiful inside!

Honestly the worst experience I’ve had at a hair salon. One of the hardest stylist that is hyped on social media and even here in the reviews was rude, and just very harsh when he was working on my haircut. I left with a headache from all the bumps I was getting from him and he was just straight up mean and rude. I honestly thought I was bleeding because every time he brushed my hair I felt something pointy. Just awful. Remember you get the service you are paying for and because I wanted to pay $65 that’s exactly the awful service I got..

I had an appointment today with Andrew for the first time. I’m very disappointed with my haircut. He cut it too short and didn’t ask me what length I want before cutting it. It does not look nice and now I have to wait until my hair grows back.

I came in bad shape. Grays galore. But Alex did an incredible job on my hair color and Andrew did a fantastic job with the blow dry. I’ve finally found a fantastic salon and would highly recommend!

Salon buzz is always an amazing experience when I go! Most importantly, my time with Alexis. She always makes me feel so confident with every new style I ask for! I encourage anyone in the chicago area to head on down to Salon Buzz on Superior and ask for Alexis! You won’t be disappointed. The most talented hair dresser in the game and such a kind person! Always leave looking fab. If I could give her 6 stars i would! From long layers to cutting a bob, she can do it all!!!!
