Selvie did a wonderful job cutting and styling my hair for my birthday! We were able to schedule an appointment quickly and efficiently with the front desk who was extremely patient on the phone as I went back and forth with my friend. Selvie did the actual work for our haircuts, and she made me feel completely at ease. It’s been over 3 years since my last professional haircut, and she made sure my voice was heard. Additionally, she has such a range of knowledge to pull from for conversation! Very pleased.

I was a guest at a wedding in Austell and wanted to get my hair done in an updo hairstyle. I had a consultation appt and then showed up the next day for the hair styling appointment with Shannon, and she did not disappoint! She brought my inspo to life and this hairstyle lasted 12 HOURS! Not a single strand of loose hair lost its curl nor did my hairstyle ever come undone. I also brought my own hair accessories to use and I received so many compliments on my hair. I wish I lived in the same state otherwise I would absolutely continue to go to Salon Brookwood. Thank you Shannon!

When I tell you Mrs. Shannon did her THANG!!!! I aint never felt this pretty. My hair was a mess and she made it a masterpiece. Not to mention affordable and the customer service was top tier thank you so much i love it!!!!!

What a joke. Ladies here consistently fail to provide my wife with the results she’s wanting. She gives an example- they can’t match it- and instead of meeting her halfway on the price since they failed to deliver- they charge full price and send her home upset. Thanks. That’s not customer service- that’s pretending to be a salon and gouging people when you lack ability. This is the second or third time in 5 years- different stylists- same results. The cut is cute- but if you can’t do color- don’t tell people you can.

I have gone to this salon a few times & I must say, the women & owner are the kindest, most welcoming people in an establishment I have ever met. When arriving I was greeted by the kindest receptionist Jennifer. & offered drinks/ snacks while I waited for my appointment. I want to highlight the service I received from Melissa, she was kind, and extremely professional. I paid for a color gloss & was extremely happy with my service. Melissa made my experience wonderful. As my hair was in the washing sink, Melissa offered to bring me a coffee while I waited for the product to finalize in my hair. 20 minutes in the sink & Shannon (another stylist) was so thoughtful. She was making sure I was comfortable, and alright during my wait. I am more than pleased with this salon & everybody who works h
