I saw Holly for a highlight...it was the worst experience I've ever had! I only wanted highlights and she insisted on putting a color between the foils that didn't match and bled all over in off patterns...I just cried and when asked she wouldn't refund the money so I could go have it fixed. She also never offered to look at it or fix it...she did say for another $150 she would finish the job as she only did 1/2 the job. She also insisted she gave me a haircut that never happened! When I told her how unhappy I was she blew up my phone with private messages at inappropriate hrs...she did All this knowing I had Just had a stroke...if I had my way she would have her licenses removed! Tristen is, by FAR the best hair stylist and hair colorist that I have ever had. And I have been getting my hair done for over two decades. She's the BEST. She did my hair for many years while living here in Austin and I have been missing her tremendously since she moved to Tyler... Please come back! She really truly listens to you intently on what your preference and needs are for your hair and executes them all flawlessly. I have a pretty difficult customer to please because my hair grows fast but it is semi-then towards the ends So I don't like a lot of length cut off of it. I also love a lot of dimension and color in my hair but without compromising the health and integrity of it or stripping it of it's moisture and natural shine. Tristen really just "gets it." Kate is absolutely incredible. Every time I have sat in her chair she has truly listened to my needs and educated me to help me keep my hair healthy. She invests in the people that sit in her chair. She is caring, she is hilarious and always makes you feel so good about yourself. I have been her client for 10 years and have always felt like she rolls out the red carpet for her people. My Hairstylist is Dorothy Arreola in Suite #38. She is so... Awesome & she always does a really good job on my hair. Dorothy has been my Hairstylist for 5 years & I've never had a bad haircut or hair color. She really takes care of her clients. And makes sure her clients look, and feel good before walking out of her salon suite.
