She has an incredible eye for color, my blonde is always bright and icy, dimensional, and perfectly toned, never brassy or dull. Her extension work is just as flawless. She blends them so seamlessly that no one ever knows I have them; they look and feel completely natural. She’s meticulous, gentle, and so knowledgeable! I had my hair done last week by Liz Williams. My hair was past my butt. I asked for long layers, to shape my face. When I left, my hair looked fine, because she used a curling iron. I rarely straighten my hair, but decided to do it for an upcoming doctor’s appointment. Needless to say, my hair is uneven, shaggy, and not what I asked for. She completely butchered it. I’m embarrassed to be out, and now I need to spend even more money to fix the uneven “layers”. Also, I’ve never had anyone cut my hair dry, or not wash it. I did shower 4-5 hours before I came in, and she said my hair was still wet enough to cut. I should have knew at that point she was not sure how to cut hair. I am SO happy I trusted my gut and made an appointment with Liz W. at Salon Blue in Surf City. Not only is the salon stylishly chic, very clean and the team super welcoming, Liz is at the TOP of her game -- especially with the IBE hair extensions. She did a fab. job on my first visit (just a color treatment and cut), and then exceeded my expectations with her hair extension expertise. I. LOVE. THEM. and boy do I get some compliments on them, too! Liz is a perfectionist, takes her time and is simply so delightful. I'm lucky I got on her schedule when I did...she's a talented artist and the word is getting out!

I've been going to salon blue for as long as I can remember and they always do a wonderful job cutting and styling my hair just the way I want it! Maddy in particular always delivers exactly what I want for my hair! I love her energy and she is forever impressing me with how well she cuts and styles! Amazing skill!

I’ve had extensions for 6 years and Liz is hands down the best stylist I’ve ever gone to. Her installs are incredibly sturdy and durable without feeling heavy or damaging to my natural hair. I can work out, style it however I want, and they stay secure and flawless. Her blending is seamless and they grow out beautifully every time with no lifting or slipped beads. If you want extensions that actually last and look amazing, Liz is your girl.
