Top dollar price for lowest quality application I’ve ever seen on anyone. Jocelyn was my stylist. Apparently one of the most vetted ones there… My hair costed me $438 + $60 tip. So $500 for hair that was not blended and not the color I paid for. I paid for a level 8/9 blonde and walked out at maybe a level 6. So then they had me come back, did babylites and made the color more acceptable. Still not level 8/9, but I’ll deal with it. (I shouldn’t have to “deal” with $500 hair, period. I understand my hair was previously treated and that has an impact on the color, so I shouldn’t have been charged and promised level 8/9 if that’s just not possible). Went with Daniella. She was so kind and very transparent with what was best for my hair and how to treat it. I did a trim with layers and my hair feels so healthy and light! The cut looks great, the layers are blended very well. She was also very funny and polite. Enjoyed the experience

⭐⭐⭐ Google Review (Final Version): I came here for color, and before we started, I made a point to sit down and have a very clear conversation about my goals. I explained that my hair historically takes 8 to 12 hours to lift to a true level 10, and that I specifically wanted to soften the black on the sides with just enough highlights to blend into my silver. I also asked for only about 10% foils on the top so I could maintain the darker contrast I love. Unfortunately, that isn’t what happened. I was lifted only to about a level 8, and roughly 90% of my head was foiled. Because my hair wasn’t lifted light enough, the toner turned it into a dull gray instead of the icy silver I had requested. First time visiting this salon and Auburn cut my hair. She was great! Highly recommend seeing her if you are looking for someone who listens and does an amazing job. I was indecisive and nervous about seeing a new stylist and she seemed to immediately know the things that worked well for my hair type and the things that didn't. Great experience with Auburn.

Today was my first time at this salon. I had an appointment with CJ. She was very professional and proficient in haircuts/color . I appreciate her expertise & input on hair colors and felt extremely comfortable with her. The whole experience at the salon was amazing. I am looking forward to my next appointment with her!
