Jess is AMAZING! I came in with a vague idea of what I wanted, and she absolutely nailed it. The cut is super flattering and easy to style, and She's warm, professional, and really knows her stuff. 10/10 would book again!!

I’ve been seeing Sarah for approximately 6+ years now. I happily drive across state lines every three months for a refresh with her because she genuinely never misses. I leave incredibly satisfied with my hair after every appointment. Additionally, she’s seriously gentle with my hair — and that’s my biggest pet peeve.. but with her as my stylist I never notice breakage, but actually the complete opposite. I’m a blonde and my hair is actually healthy, soft, and LONG. I love her!

I’ve moved all over Knoxville and tried many other salons but have always ended up right back here. The service here is just UNMATCHED. Sarah Brown is so incredibly talented! My most recent cut is shaggy and long with bangs and lots of layers, she cuts it perfectly to how I prefer to style it daily and it always look beautiful. She has also made me a blonde before and then back into a brunette and my color is so gorgeous! She is truly an EXPERT and she’s great to talk to. I leave happy every single time. I’ve been going here for years and have seen several stylists and they are all just great. The owner even jumped in to give me a bang trim without notice once and he was so kind. The boutique is adorable of course as well and the staff are always nice and personable. I absolutely recommend

Honestly, Davina is a total hair genius. She did my balayage and haircut, and I am so in love with the results! She took the time to listen to what I wanted, but also gave me great advice to make sure it would work with my hair type. The color is just perfect—so natural and blended. And the cut? Exactly what I was hoping for. I walked out of there feeling like a brand new person. If you are looking for someone who knows their stuff and actually cares about your hair, Davina is the one!

absolutely amazing salon with the best service and experience!! bethany jackson did my highlights & she did a fantastic job!! i got the exact color i was hoping for in a super quick amount of time! couldn't recommend her more! definitely planning another appointment in the future! :)
