I have known Nick my whole life and I trust him 100% with my hair. He always does such a wonderful job and cuts it and styles it exactly how I want it! I have gone to other stylists and I always end up returning to him to get it corrected and I appreciate his expertise and professionalism and kindness. He just radiates passion and knowledge when it comes to hair and I love that about him. I have and always will recommend anyone to go to him! Thank you so much Nick, you’re the best!

This is probably one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a hair salon- Upon entering my hair stylist was in a bad mood and had an attitude that made me feel really uncomfortable. Furthermore, I tried to make small talk and she was so offputting and unkind throughout the entire service which was a quick toning session and she left me alone unsupervised to check the color hiding in a room in the employee break room- she also went outside to take a phone call for some reason I was uncomfortable with this because I wanted my hair to come out good and its expected that a stylist stays to ensure quality and overall she let it sit on my hair for longer then it is advised for that specific product line. Upon checking out I was told that it was going to DOUBLE the price that I was quoted ov

I stopped going there, unprofessional stylist. And no management that cares. When no one reached out to me I called the salon back several times and the receptionist would block all of my calls from my phone number. Yes she did she blocked my calls. Unreal that a business would behave this way. I mean going there for a few years. Also left a tip on a debit card and the salon charged me over at 10% fee, on that little tap machine!!

I have been going to Salon Bella Flora for almost 20 something years now with the same hair dresser. I will not let anyone else touch my hair. My stylist does a wonderful job. Ask for Tina. 7/9- another trip to Salon Bella Flora and I couldn’t be happier. I refuse to let anyone else touch my hair other than my hairdresser. I’ve been going to her for over 20 years. Best salon in Bay Area.

I have veryyy thick hair and didn't have a clear idea of what I wanted, just that I needed my hair fixed after making a half bleached mess. Arianna was AMAZING. She was super nice and understanding. She came up with a vision for my hair, and it turned out absolutely gorgeous. It took 3 hours (I have a LOT of hair), but she didn't make me feel rushed at all. After fixing my color, she helped me with figuring out what cut I wanted. I went with her recommendation of layers, and couldn't be happier!
