I have been here once prior and had a wonderful experience getting a cut and color. I booked again to get a trim hoping I would receive the same care and quality of service. I did not. I am incredibly disappointed. I paid for a 60 minute service consisting of a wash, cut, dry, and style. The entire service was incredibly rushed and I was out of the salon in less then 30 minutes. My stylist was incredibly aggressive when washing and conditioning my hair, and roughly combed her hands through my hair in an attempt to detangle it. When discussing how much hair I was looking to cut off, I specifically requested only one inch be cut off. She cut my hair very quickly, and cut off an entire 3 inches of my hair. I used Salon Beautopia as our make up and hair stylists for our wedding day on 9/15 and am so glad we went with them! Both Jessica’s were our two stylists and they were great to work with! We had 6 hair services and 5 make up services and everyone loved what they had done. They traveled to Boston for the wedding and arrived on time and worked efficiently, and prices were very fair. I would recommend everyone to use Salon Beautopia for their wedding!! They truly made me feel like a beautiful bride!

I am so thankful to have booked Salon Beautopia for my wedding day hair and makeup and could not recommend them enough! We had quite a large bridal party (7 for hair and 8 for makeup) and Jess and Taylor worked quickly and seamlessly. They traveled to our Airbnb in Portsmouth, RI and arrived early to set everything up.
