I went in for a haircut, my stylist was very inexperienced, terrible haircut. Uneven and leaving me with the worst haircut I've ever had . I will not go back. Ask for an experienced stylist.

Becca is an authentic "triple threat!" Let me start out by saying that she can be found at the Coconut Point and Bonita locations. I'm the client who will come in with photos of what I think will look good on me. This is one area where Becca's true artistry come forward. She never shoots down an idea, rather she is there to offer suggestions on how to enhance the look so that it matches my personality. Her color creations are beautiful, highlights/lowlights add the something special, and the cut/trim is always spot on. If that weren't enough, she takes the time to really listen. Came in at 4:20 for 2 child haircuts. Not one customer in the salon. The clerk at the desk said no one available for a kids cut, they are about to close. The sign said they close at 5:00. Not hospitable at all! Zero stars!

My go-to salon brrn going here for 45 yrs. Bit pricy, but all techs are very knowledgeable and sweet. Michelle keeps my hair looking fresh and trim.
