Salon At Saxonburg

The team at Salon Saxonburg is great! They were very pleasant to work with in both setting up my appointments, my practice run, and the day of the wedding. They were friendly to talk with as me and the other girls were getting our hair done. They were quick and able to get 7 up-dos done in a few short hours. There was some miscommunication about the cost but they used excellent customer service throughout!

Full service salon, Taylor did amazing with my hair!! Beautiful, elegant and quaint shop in a small town. All staff were extremely welcoming and professional. Offers you water or tea. I'll definitely be going back.

I started going to the Salon at Saxonburg back in January and absolutely love it. I see Tom when I go and every single time I leave with beautiful hair and get compliments on it all the time! He really listens to what I want and gives me suggestions as to what he thinks I should do as well. Every time I have been there it has been such a great experience and I always leave happy. Recently, I brought my 14 year old son in for a cut done by Shauna and we both loved it! Everyone in there is always so friendly and pleasant! Best salon in the area for sure!!

You make an appointment and walk in early in the morning just to see another person taking a seat with the person you have the appointment with. Have sat an hour past appointment waiting to get haircut. Also tried to buy hair supplies and no one would check me out. I will never go back. Customer service is certainly not their specialty.

I absolutely love this salon! I was referred by a few friends to fawn. She is the best! So kind and professional. Always talking through and double checking what I want so there is never any confusion. She always takes her time on my hair and makes sure I’m as comfortable as can be. Fawns passion for hair and clients really shows! Thank you for always making me beautiful!
