Salon At Resort

When entering the pool area,near the salon ,The salon manager Pervin who I guess also does the pool check in was extremely rude and disrespectful. He demanded that I sign a form just to enter the pool area. I tried to ask what the form entailed, he didn't acknowledge my question and ask for my room number while pushing the form towards my face. I just checked in about an hour before and took some time trying to remember my room number. All this time ,Pervin the manager was losing patience. His demeanor was very aggressive

I don't suggest this salon as they were late to take a appointment 10 minutes, the nail polish had to be applied 3 times as 2 coats still appear sheer, the same person Anne who did my mani and pedi attempted to do my wax however did multiple passes and removed part of my epidermis . When speaking to the manager and showing a red irritated brow she prioritized everything else other than a injured customer. She offered burn cream i had to get antibiotic ointment on my own. I would've comped whole service after scaring someone however only comped 25 dollars of service . I don't suggest waxing.

First experience was so great I went back. Girl was nice but after a half hour consultation I did not get what we discussed. I spent the extra $75 and never saw the color I thought I'd get. It's been 10 days and I'm still so disappointed especially after seeing pics from Christmas. WAY too much money to be this unhappy. I could have done it myself with the same results for $15 instead of $150!

I was given a free manicure by the hotel (which is amazing) I went on a Saturday afternoon at 2pm and it was pretty much dead in there. I had to wait for one of the nail techs to finish another person (I was early). Well when it was my turn, the lady that did my nails kept telling me all these bad things that aren't good for your nails and how these things "pissed her off". I previously had gel on about 3 fingers and she couldn't buff it off and wanted to charge me an extra 15$ to "soak" my 3 fingers. When the other nail tech beside me was soaking her clients finger nails without a charge (I asked). Then I choose my color that I wanted and she proceeded to tell me she hated that color. My sister and I got pedicures at the same time and our Pedicurists were friendly, professional and we had a lovely time and our feet looked great! The price was just right.
