I stopped as a walk-in for a simple blunt cut trim taking a couple inches off. I don’t know the name of the new woman who did my hair, she didn’t give me a card, or offer me to come back, which I thought odd. Looked in the mirror when I got home and several areas had hunks of hair that were not cut off. I mean like 2” long pieces! I was treating myself, as I live on social security being a senior citizen. I could have done better with a box cutter. Wish I could upload photos…😡 Update: Figured out how to upload photos! This is only one area of hair. I couldn’t finagle my camera to get other shots.

I had a color with hi lights and a hair cut. This was a total nightmare. The cut was nothing like the picture I gave her. I had shoulder length hair and I thought this would be a great style. She chopped all of my hair off. I walked out of there looking like a guy. I cried, it was nothing like the picture. I have no hair, it’s all uneven, the sides are just cut straight across above my ears. This is the worse experience I’ve ever had with a cut. I will never walk back in there again!! I should’ve paid nothing, she ruined my hair and I was still charged $120 to look like a guy. I am so mad that I paid for a service that destroyed my hair
