Salon Amalfi

I had an appointment to get a full foil and root color. I was charged $162 plus a surprise additional $62 for “extra color” for my shoulder length hair. The stylist had just started there. I told her that my previous stylist did highlights and lowlights for a more blended look as I don’t like the salt and pepper look. She said she could do it with just highlights. Please see photos for the result. The root color looks patchy with dark and medium tones. The highlights look patchy with more in the back that are almost white compared to the sides and front. The highlights don’t reach my scalp. The area around my face is dark. The owner messaged me her stylist did a beautiful job and there are people you can’t make happy. Caitlin has been doing my hair for a while now and i am never disappointed! This salon always makes me feel so welcome and the vibe is unmatched. Kylie does my mom’s hair and she absolutely loves her! We have never left the salon without a smile on our face!

Alycia has been cutting my hair for as long as I can remember. I only trust her with my hair as I’m always pleased with the amazing job she does! She not only looks at your reference photos but also explains how they may or may not work for your hair type that way you always get the look you’re searching for when the cut is complete. The salon is also climate neutral which I find amazing and couldn’t imagine going anywhere else for my hair!

Belle gave me the best haircut I have had in…. well… so I can’t remember when I actually was pleased with a haircut. So many stylists love to work with JUST long hair. I feel so left out with my short hair (about chin length)!. She expertly cut my hair and explained how I can achieve ( with minimal effort!!) the way she styled it. My hair does not grow fast. For me to be in love with a haircut takes a lot. I cannot recommend her enough to future clients. She is so sweet and personable. I really enjoyed my appointment. I am looking forward to the balayage I have booked!

My painfully shy daughter had a fantastic experience with Kylie. Kylie did a great job and had a lot of patience with my daughter. By the end of the appointment she was talking and having a great time with Kylie and said she liked the vibe of the salon. Great work!!
