I’ve been seeing Lou for years. She is a genius. Her understanding of hair is unparalleled. I’ve referred many friends to her and all of their hair looks incredible! She is the best of the best and also one of the most caring people you’ll ever meet! I cannot recommend her enough.

My hair feels beyond restored after only 2 appointments! During my first visit, Lou took the time to not only assess my hair, but recommended the exact products needed to maximize my hair’s health. Besides her extreme professionalism & level of expertise, she truly cares about the person in the chair & ensures they are happy with outcome & comfortable throughout the process. Lou is the most professional stylist I have ever been to. She takes time for consultation, nothing is ever rushed, and she makes sure you're both 100% certain of what you want before she gets to work on your hair. I've made some bold hair changes with her that I would never have risked with anyone else, and it's always turned out perfect and been a lot of fun.
