Salon 828

The final result was very different from the reference photos I provided. The highlights were streaky and over-processed, and my hair was cut very uneven. While it appeared acceptable when styled in the salon, once I saw it at home in natural lighting, the damage and unevenness were very noticeable. The cut itself is extremely boxy and choppy, which appears to be from thinning my hair after it was already blown out, leaving the shape uneven and difficult to style naturally. I contacted the salon afterward and did receive a refund, which I appreciate. However, I was advised by another reputable hairstylist that my hair is over-processed and cannot handle any corrective color or additional services at this time without risking further damage. I’ve since spent hundreds of dollars on repair

I am obsessed with my hair! I needed so much help and I went to Erica. I wrote her on the computer and she got me in to the salon the next week ! I was aware that it would be hard because of my condition of hair and trying to do it myself in the past. She transformed it and had such a good vibe and everyone in there was so helpful and nice, and although I was in there for a long time, it seemed like it flew by. The place is very nice to clean and nice to be in. I will definitely recommend this salon!

Wow Wow Wow This Salon is one of the best I’ve been to in Key West! They took the time to get to know my hair and exactly what I wanted/needed. Pricing was spot on and not over priced! Thank You so much Salon 828!

If I could give Salon 828 a 10 star review, you would be reading it. The salon is beautiful, the staff is welcoming, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Candice, Andrea, Erica, and Natalie are an incredible team. The care and time they take when advising on your consultation is beyond thorough. From start to finish I love walking into this place. I do however, love walking out with the best looking and feeling hair even more! I am a blonde, always striving for the best tone, color, and texture. And I can tell you…… Candice does NOT disappoint! She is a blonde genius! If you’re looking for your forever salon, this is it!
