Salon 700 & Day Spa

I found Salon 700 when I moved onto the Cape almost 2 years ago. I've been going to Salon's for 40 years. I absolutely love it from the moment I walk in the door the girls behind the desk, Nicole. Danielle all of them so so so so nice!! What your needs are really matter to them. The atmosphere is wonderful. Of course, my Beautiful wonderful talented Jillian who takes care of my hair!!! Ladies, go check out Salon 700!!! You will not be disappointed!!

I had the pleasure of getting my hair cut by Jillian today, she is AMAZING! She is super sweet, had me laughing the whole time and made my hair look exactly like the reference photos I showed her! (Went from super long hair to collarbone length) Will definitely be back, Thanks again Jillian!!

Made an initial appt and when we arrived were told the appt had been cancelled bc the stylist called in sick. They said they called me multiple times that day and left voicemails, but there was nothing on my phone - no voicemails or texts or missed calls. Regardless, what bothered me is no one apologized. The receptionist never even said a “sorry for the inconvenience” but gave a bunch of shrugs, “well we called…” and raised eyebrows. It was poor customer service and made me feel super awkward. We had literally just driven from out of state and were stopping mid trip for a cut here for my 7yo child. She was confused and sad. Booking Salon 700 for my wedding was the best decision I could have made! Nichole is AMAZING and did a beautiful job on my hair. She was so fun to work with throughout the whole process. Ali (the bridal coordinator) was so communicative and made the booking process so easy. My hair, my bridesmaids hair and my MIL + mother's hair all looked perfect. Had a fantastic experience using Salon 700's services for my wedding day. Throughout the planning process they were prompt in their response time and incredibly accommodating with all of the changes I had to keep making with how many bridal party members would be receiving services. I had the pleasure of working with Samantha, who executed my vision even better than I had imagined. On the day of she was on time and brought a calming energy to the room.
