Salon 65 and Tanning

Kaitlyn did a great job on my husband and son's haircuts this evening. She took her time and made sure to ask numerous times if they were happy / if they needed anything done differently. I love that she caters to the hours of people who work 9-5 jobs during the week.

I hired Kaitlyn for my hair and makeup. She was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. However, i was dissatisfied with the service. I clearly communicated needing to be done by a certain time due to a 30-minute drive, but she finished right at the start of my appointment, causing me to miss it. We lost hundreds of dollars and the venue had no other openings. While mishaps were beyond her control, as the professional, I hired her to ensure I was completed on time, which didn’t happen. She did the best she could with the time we had, but unfortunately, both my hair and makeup were incomplete leaving me devastated. She was understanding, and I believe she’ll improve her process moving forward. She traveled to me which was very helpful. She took her time with my makeup and is clearly proud
