I had an absolutely horrible experience with a keratin treatment I purchased through Groupon with Wendy. I paid $250 including tip, and the treatment resulted in absolutely nothing. My hair looks exactly the same — actually worse — than before. I have had keratin treatments many times, so I know what to expect. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. After the appointment, my hair was still frizzy, and when I contacted the hairdresser to resolve the issue, she refused to offer even a partial refund. She insisted that hair can look frizzy after a keratin treatment — which has never been my experience with any previous treatments. To make matters worse, the “Green Keratin” product used smells absolutely foul. The odor lingered for days, even after washing my hair multiple times

My Stylist, Wendy, is my favorite person to have met recently. She has styled my hair twice this month and I've been so happy about my hair and how she can make me feel so cute and beautiful. The salon itself is cute, I like the music they play & the environment is perfect to go to when you need a small service or something more complicated.

Absolutely amazing experience every time. Joe is so professional, talented, and attentive to detail. My hair always looks and feels incredible when I leave. Highly recommend!

I genuinely admire him so much that I am willing to travel over an hour just to experience his art firsthand.
