Wow. A horrible experience, the worst haircut of my life, and unsatisfactory customer service. I came in for a simple haircut, which is $35 for the hair wash and hair cut. I called 3 days ahead of time to get my haircut in the back room with a female hairdresser. While I was I was getting a haircut, the owner, Sharon, yelled at my mother that they would not let this happen again, that using the back room is unacceptable. I called in advance to ensure that my privacy would be maintained, and I never would’ve came here if they said no in advance. Certainly not a salon that cares for its customers. In addition, I arrived at the salon at 1:39 instead of my scheduled appointment time of 1:30 due to icy roads, snow, and maintenance on the roads. The hairdresser, Tanya, finished half of my hairc

I visited Salon62 for the first time today and very impressed! Michaela did a fabulous job on my hair. She listened to me and cut my hair exactly as I wanted. Michaela is a friendly and experienced professional, and I highly recommend her.

Very rude and terrible customer service!!!! Melissa at the reception has absolutely no flexibility or empathy to the customer!! Do not recommend it at all!! I didn’t want to provide more details, but reading the owner’s reply, I see where the cultural comes from. I’ve never leave any bad reviews, but this time looks like I have to!! I am a loyal and respectful customer for 5 years and recommended at least 5 customers to them. I have been coming every two month, never late, always on time. This time, knowing I will be late as I moved to a new city, so I called 1.5 hours ago to tell them I will be late, also called them on the way to keep them updated. Catlin told me on the phone to be there at 1:45, and I got there at 1:46 and I also asked if anyone else can accommodate me if Catlin can’t

Was able to walk right in and get my haircut immediately. My hair stylist was Kristin and she did an excellent job; attention to detail was very apparent and was really happy with how my haircut turned out. Will definitely be back again

Kristin was awesome! She was so friendly. And she did an excellent job cutting my hair! She literally saved my hair style. The barber I went to before took way too much off the sides and not enough off the top. Kristin was able to add layers, take more off the top and less of the sides, and blend all the hair together for a great new look. Very happy with my haircut and will definitely go back when I’m in the area!
