Asked for a spiral perm and paid over $100 for it and this is what I got. When I reached out to the stylist and owner of shop I was told it was bc the size rods I chose, my hair is to heavy, I didn't have enough layers. Basically it was my fault it didn't turn out. But if I wanted to pay product cost they would do it again. It wasn't rolled right, there wasn't near enough solution used for the amount of hair I have, she didn't put a bag on my head to help solution set. Sweet girl but overall terrible experience. Had to find another hairdresser who knew how to do a perm and pay another $100 in the same exact month just to get what I originally asked and paid for. This photo was taken 2 weeks after getting the perm . I have others sooner than that and still the same.

Absolutely ridiculous to get some highlights red highlights for 170 dollars !!!! & guess what it didn't even show up on my hair. Drff won't be back. It was supposed to be a more vibrant red, and u should've bleached it first but insisted tht u didn't have to. What a horrible waste of money!!! 😠

I came here to get my hair done for my prom, I wanted highlights! I first went two Victoria who somehow did not understand what I was asking. I paid $138 and then had to return to get it fixed. I paid another $50 and it was still wrong! She continued to tell me that she talked to her friends about how it looked bad and she wanted to fix it. (Which she didn’t). I was debating on going to prom because my hair looked HORRIBLE! After calling the salon I was booked with tori who squeezed me in the day before my prom! She fixed it as best as she could and it looked amazing! She brought my hair back to life and made sure to go above and beyond to make sure I LOVED my hair! If you go here for any services I recommend tori she is absolutely amazing and does her gob well! Thank you Tori 😁

Tori is amazing! My nails are the perfect length and the first time pedicure was the best. This women literally massaged the stress out of my feet she was super accommodating to my niece and did an excellent job on my manicure. This is the first time I’ve ever been excited with them

Patty was very friendly and encouraging. I got a lot of hair cut off and she was great about it all. Price was great. I'll be back!
