My hair got ruined. I have curly hair and not only did the new people ruin the color, they destroyed the integrity of my hair. I was not able to find anyone who is as good with color as Steph is. I had my hair cut and colored by Charity and she did a fabulous job. I could totally tell she's a perfectionist because I don't think I've ever had anyone take so much care or put so much thought/technique into my highlights. She's extremely professional and good at what she does.

My visits are always pleasant. I have a wonderful hair stylist, the best ever. I won't mention her name because I hope I can find some time in her schedule for last minute appointments.😊

I was looking for a salon close to home. My friend and I were gonna switch salons. After reading the reviews we select salon 523. I called and left a voicemail message and it stated I would receive a call back within 24-48 hours. It’s been a week today and still nothing. Not a good way to run a business for sure.☹️
