Tee is an absolute magician. These are the inspo pictures I showed her and she DELIVERED. She’s friendly, warm, professional and efficient. You can tell she takes her work very seriously not only with actual technique but also exceptional service/professionalism. This haircut made me feel like Mia Thermopolis princess of Genovia ✨

I love my new hairstyle! I found Rung through a photo someone posted in a review, but I was a little worried since there weren’t many reviews about her. She quickly understood exactly what I wanted and made it happen. Now I know I didn’t need to worry at all. I’ll definitely be coming back to her. Thank you!

I’ve been a customer at this salon for years, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I received a completely different hair color than what I asked (from hairstylist Kathy)for despite showing reference photos and even emailing the same pictures afterward. When I called to address the issue, they offered a free toner but were rude and dismissive, and I was actually told not to come back to the salon. They also claimed the emailed reference photos were “not the same ones I showed,” which is simply untrue. Being treated this way — after years of loyalty — was shocking and unprofessional. I left feeling uncomfortable, disrespected, and unheard.

If you get a layered haircut here it should be from the people that specialize in it on their website. Please do not do what I did and assume that every stylist here will know how to give you the haircut you want. Got a haircut that definitely wasn't what I asked for, and the stylist seemed hesitant/unable to go through with the requests I was saying, and actually feels like they did exactly what I asked them specifically not to do with my hair. I would have preferred if they told me they are not confident doing the haircut I asked for instead. You live and you learn. Super sweet and accommodating stylist, just couldn't deliver what I wanted.

Just got a fresh cut for the new year, and I absolutely love it! I wanted to work with someone who was experienced in layers and wispy bangs. After seeing her Instagram posts of her recent cuts, I knew I could trust Rung with my haircut. Rung was very sweet to work with, and I appreciate how she took the time to understand what I wanted. I left the salon loving my hair and feeling very confident! For my haircut, I asked for wispy bangs that blended in with my face framing layers, making it easier to style for days I just want curtain bangs (it’s so hard to maintain bangs in the Seattle rain 😭). I also asked for a trim on my existing layers.
