Salon 42

I've been going to Kaylee now for well over a year now. She's always super friendly, very knowledgeable about hair (especially vivids), and I always leave super satisfied with my hair! She's also always been very transparent with me about how something will look on me, the upkeep something may take, and the cost and time of each appointment. I will definitely be continuing to see her for the foreseeable future!

Kaylee is truly the most talented hair stylist I’ve ever met. She’s been doing my hair for almost 3 years now and she always does an amazing job. She also always makes sure that my hair is staying healthy while I’m with her, and since I have thin hair I’ve always worried about damaging it with color, but since seeing Kaylee my hair has been looking healthier and feeling so much stronger. I don’t trust anyone else to do my blonde, or even my haircuts. If you're looking to get any color done, or even just strengthen your hair, Kaylee is your go to! And did I mention that she always does a great job of creating a comfortable and relaxing environment! I always have a pleasant experience and I honestly can’t wait to go back!

Emmy is always fantastic! Most of the time I’m not sure what I want to do so I am thankful that Emmy is spot on with her advice and best options for my hair. If I bring pictures, she brings them to life for me perfectly. A lot of times I will give her a general idea of the blonde I’m trying to accomplish, however, I fully trust her judgement and suggestions and she kills it every time. Her technique is amazing and I’m so thankful to have found someone I can trust with my hair in Charlotte!!

I’m brand new to the area and desperately needed my hair done- thankfully, I stumbled upon Studio 42 completely by accident (I literally got lost and found a gem)! My hair had turned an uneven, brassy red, and Abby worked absolute magic. She was honest about what was and wasn’t realistic for my hair at the moment, but I trusted her completely- and I’m SO glad I did. She transformed my hair into something even better than I imagined! The entire team at Studio 42 was so warm and welcoming. I left feeling confident, refreshed, and already excited for my next appointment. I've seen Kay Moore for roughly two years now, and have been really satisfied. Kay is very personable, accommodating of what her clients are seeking for their hairstyle, and highly capable in achieving that. I have somewhat fine, curly hair, and have wanted to keep it on the longer side, but trim dead ends, maintain a decent shape, and retain the vitality of my hair. Kay has helped me a great deal with that, and I appreciate her expertise. Also, the scheduling staff are great, and if I have to cancel, they're always so helpful and kind in rescheduling. Lastly, the salon's atmosphere is welcoming, warm and relaxed, and their product selection is varied and good. I have and would highly recommend Kay and Salon 42 at Southpark.
