Salon 414

Salon 414 always feels serene and comfortable. It has an amazing esthetic and Jen, the owner and my stylist for well over 10 years, is a fantastic person. She's caring, professional and is the kind of person you want in your life.

Hair was not cut even. I ask for 1 inch haircut and got 3 inches cut off. My hair was not even, I don't know if it was cut like that from the beginning or I end up loosing 3 inches because she wad trying to fix it and end up cutting that much. Had to go to a different salon to fix my hair. Now I had to pay more and lose more inches off my hair. Very disappointed for a "Luxury Salon". On the website they say 30 years of experience but it felt more like a newbie to me.

I want to give a huge shout out to Jen! My son and I walked in Friday and he wanted to cut his long hair off and we did not have an appointment. She was painting and said if you give me 5 minutes to wash my hands I’ll take care of you! She was very kind and he walked out so extremely happy with his new look! I’d recommend them to anyone wanting great service in a heartbeat, thank you so much Jen for taking care of my boy!

Zoe is amazing!!! Had my hair done somewhere else and they butched my ends and color. Zoe I can't thank you enough!! Sooo happy

Zoe was fantastic! I've had a lot of issues with people cutting my hair right so that it curls and is even. She listened thoroughly to what I needed and cut it so that it looks exactly how I wanted it to. The atmosphere there was amazing too a great mixture of rustic and modern. I definitely recommend going;
