Lena is wonderful. She always gives me exactly the cut I ask for and never overcharged. She's friendly, kind and does a really good job.

Leah did an amazing job on my hair! She is always so friendly and I feel so good after visiting her for my haircut. I highly recommend her for cuts, colors, and style.

My normal hair stylist for the past 31 years, now working at this salon was over seas for a few months. I called and was assigned a woman by the name of Sharon who was filling in, I was told for my normal stylist. Sharon proceeded to cut my hair and finished approximately 10 minutes if that. The next month I texted Sharon for an appointment (she gave me her cell number and emsil address to contact her when i needed my hair cut again), and she said she was leaving the salon to take care of her daughter who was having a baby. I texted her a few weeks later, and she again replied that she was gone and did not know when she would be back, so I called Salon 405 to make a hair appointment with anyone that was available. I am going to be 100% honest with my experience. First and foremost, The most important I want to say is, Donna took care of me. She is a 5 star rating. I love the care she gave me, the haircut and style. I hope she never leaves. She is a beautiful person inside and out. Next to us was Lena, and she was finishing up a young lady, and did a cut and color, and she looked AMAZING!! This being said, I need to address something. I needed to find a new hairdresser and am somewhat new to the area. Salon 405 was recommended to me and was told walk-ins were welcome. It's been awhile since I had anything, and I was feeling low. Any women can to you, it is not easy to just walk in a salon and ask for help. Going in blind is scary not knowing who will take care you. It's a gamble! Imagine how I felt
