Salon 4 You

I wouldn’t trust many people with my hair, being a brunette it’s hard to find a good stylist that can take you to blonde without damaging the hair as well. But April goes above and beyond when doing it. The staff is always welcoming and nice as well.

Called ahead of time to ask if they did eyebrow threading as it stated online and the lady said yes we thread eyebrows and gave me directions. After I drive from Talladega to PellCity and make it to the salon the stylist notified me that they in fact do NOT do threading only waxing. Not want to make a big deal of it I say okay that’s fine, she then rudely says well I’m doing a color and I’m the only one here soooo...... I mean it’s gonna be a while. Terrible experience, wasted a trip based off false info they provided, & the customer service sucked. And the customer service was even worse. I wish I could give it no stars.
