Salon 3200

I had a very good experience at Salon 3200 with Kelly styling my hair. Everyone in the salon was quite friendly, and the location is convenient.

My daughter bought me for Mother's Day, a special treatment @ Salon 3200. My job was to show up and be pampered. I was a little nervous at first because my hair is wavy, course, thick and unruly. In the industry they say hair with "attitude". The Keratin treatment was amazing. I'm in my sixties, with cool white and grey streaks (natural), hair past my shoulders. After the treatment my hair was straight and silky. I don't have to do anything except comb it. I've never in my life had so many complements on my hairstyle. Every day at least 6 people. Worst hair experience I have ever had. 5 different people did my hair and the color is not what I wanted at all. I wanted to cry when I saw my hair and I left with the exact color I did not want. They pride themselves on being able to complete 30 people in one day but that does not mean they are providing a quality job. It was extremely expensive and we left very unhappy and unsatisfied. The owner booked a 30 minute appointment for my daughters hair styling for a trial for wedding hair and charged $75. Her appointment was 1130 and the owner had another appointment at 12. After curling her hair that leaves her around 10 ish minutes to style the hair and her hair looked exactly like someone who spent 10 minutes on her hair (but it was still $75). The salon is clean, beautiful and the stylists are amazing! my hair feels so much healthier every time I walk out! I love getting advice on how to keep up with it and everyone is so friendly! 10/10 would recommend!!

Kelly cuts and highlights my hair. She is fantastic! She really listens to what I want (low maintenance hair) and I have never been happier. The entire staff are very friendly.
