Michelle gave me probably the best haircut I've ever had. I actually like my hair for the first time in a while :)

From the first day I walked into the salon Michelle has gone out of her way to give me exactly what I want and I have never left disappointed. Michelle always makes me feel comfortable and does quality, consistent work on my hair. I always leave feeling refreshed and beautiful and often get complements from strangers. I had referred a total stranger to Michelle only to find out later that she too was extremely pleased with her hair and couldn’t rave about it enough.

Kayla Lamp was so sweet and helpful. She paid attention to what I said and did a wonderful job on my new look. I have been complimented so much and I tell them to go to Salon 3:16. Great atmosphere!!!

Kayla took her time and had an excellent bedside manner. She's professional and kind and cares about the end product as well as the health of my hair. Love my layered wolf cut and excited to get my hair colored in a few weeks.

Nicole is simply the best. She has managed to restore my daughter's rainbow dyed, over bleached extremely thick hair to its beautiful natural shine. We can even get a brush through it again. My color looks so natural like when I was in my twenties. Service is outstanding and Nicole is ways willing to work with my hectic, ever changing schedule. Thanks girl for taking care of us both and making me laugh through it all.
