Salon 3028

So this is the 2nd time I went to this salon: first to get curled and my daughter's updo and second for a haircut. After getting my hair curled, I wasn't crazy about it and asked the lady to make it fuller (as it looked limp and flat before heading out the door). She told me that it was as full as it gets : ( My daughter's hair looked great and I was told it cost $55, but then they charged me $75. I questioned this and all Caroline at the front desk said was that was that?! Okay now a few months past and I needed a haircut without appointment. Caroline at the desk said all haircuts (no matter the length of hair or stylist) cost $75, however they charged me $95! When I confronted Caroline, she became extremely rude and defensive. I felt like I was speaking to a tween. Just be mindful before

They ruined my hair!! I wanted to have a full head of highlights in an attempt to go blonde shade. Unfortunately, my hair looked terrible after: yellow and extremely broken. !!!!! I lost about 30-35% of the hair at the salon, and they had to give me a haircut, which I didn't want unitially.!!! I ended up going to the dermatologist to treat my dry scull & hair loss! My stylist Dana applied the product, took another client, and left me to her assistant. She left the product way too long on my hair, and as a result, my hair looked fine dry yellow, dull, and fell out! It took me 3 good years to grow my hair back! That is the photo after ... Live and learn....

Needed a last minute blow out and they got me in right away. Ally did it and did so amazing like actually best blow out I’ve ever gotten. So fast and my hair was so smooth and beautiful. Definitely my new go to blow out girl.

Salon 3028 is fantastic. The entire staff are absolutely wonderful, from the warm welcome at the front desk to the assistants and stylists. I always get my hair cut by Rob who has a gift for the perfect pixie cut. I have never loved my hair more or felt like it was cut so perfectly to suit me.

I had a great experience with Sara! She was extremely professional and did an amazing job with my hair. I asked for a shoulder length cut with layers, face-framing pieces/curtain bangs and Sara followed everything I asked for and asked questions along the way to make sure it was exactly the cut I wanted. She did beautifully and I am obsessed with my new hair. Everyone at the salon was very kind as well and it was a good experience overall!
