SAL!! This is my first time coming to the shop I did not know they do confirmation calls the day before and I was working as I missed the car despite that, sal still fit me in and did an amazing job I have been getting my hair done for the past five years trying to find a good place and have never been satisfied today I can truly say this is the first time I have ever got what I’ve asked for this is definitely my go to shop and I will see you guys within 6 to 8 weeks !!!! Thank you!!!

Nice salon with a good variety of high end services. Owners are great. Staff is great. There’s a nail tech. A make up artist. Even a professional nurse for aesthetic injections. Separate businesses but all in house. Jackie was the hairstylist I saw. She made great recommendations, taking me from long to short hair, and I have never had so many compliments and requests to know who did my hair. Highly recommend her!

Not that these guys need any more clients (they are pretty busy as it is), but excellent work deserves recognition! I cannot help shouting out on here to the stylists at Salon 23. Everyone in there has either done my hair or someone's hair that I am close to. Maria, Jackie, and Sal each have DECADES of experience doing hair. I would trust any of them with my hair but I usually see Maria because our schedules match up the best. She is hands down the best hairstylist I've ever been to. She truly gave me the best haircut I've ever had--flattering, precise, and exactly what I wanted (even better, honestly! She is very honest about what will look nice and what is bad idea lol). She never disappoints and always makes me feel like my most confident self. I can't recommend her enough! Just please

Awesome job! My first time there, the salon I usually go to closed down. Sal did my hair! Color & haircut, it's a beautiful blonde color & a great haircut. Everyone was very nice & sociable. I will definitely be going back!

Wait for it...When I was 18 years old I went to Sal for my first 80s Madonna-wannabe perm! Fast forward. I am now 52 years old and am STILL going to his salon. Sal doesn't look old enough to be cuttin' hair that long, but there he is! Day in and day out making people beautiful! Everyone in the salon is top notch and helpful and friendly. A special commendation though must go to Sal's partner Maria. She's a Jersey girl and understands my attitude of "big hair don't care.)🤣 She is an expert colorist and ALWAYS cuts my hair in perfect long layers. I hesitate to post this because I want her all to myself! And finally, Vinnie and Lee have a small nail manicure and pedicure area in the salon. I have gone to them religiously since they opened maybe 5 years ago. My gel manicures legit last 4
