Cassie Hilton is truly unprofessional and unreliable. I texted her the night prior to our appointment just to reconfirm--which she did. Then the next morning, when I went to the salon for our appointment, she was no where to be found. After avoiding my texts, she tried to act as if she'd somehow forgotten about our appointment over night! I wasted an hour of my life driving to and from Duncanville for nothing. Cassie tried to say she was only doing traveling work that day--which at that point I was already far from home and outside the salon waiting for her. I do not recommend the stylist Cassie Hilton! Others at this shop may be okay.

Be aware if anybody have Daughters that’s trying to get a silk press stay away from this location is just a flat iron $80 Plus a $10 tip Not worth it.

My stylist was great. She let me know about my appointment made recommendations for my style and was very nice and informative. I will definitely be back again. Highly recommend.
