I am writing this with disappointment, not anger. This was not a single mistake—it was a pattern I tolerated until it became impossible to ignore. We discussed the style in advance, and the stylist confidently assured me she could do it. I relied on that assurance. The service ultimately provided did not reflect what was promised. The style was uneven, incorrect in size and length, and completed without meaningful check-ins. After nearly 12 hours in the chair, the result did not justify the time, cost, or trust invested. Communication leading up to the appointment was inconsistent, with key details left unresolved until the day of service. Keri is my hair dresser and she is just the best! She colors my hair and offers great advice on how to maintain it. She also cuts my 18 yr old grandsons hair. He has wavy hair with a classic 1970’s look.Wavy curly hair is hard to cut- and hard to find someone who can do it right. LOVE IT and LOVE her!!

Ridiculously amazing! Ive literally never been happier with my color. I am so picky, but she knew exactly what i wanted. She is patient and kind and really takes the time to try to figure out what it is you are wanting. She is extremely talented and a genuinely pleasant person to be around. Definitely recommend.

Got my eyebrows done at Opulent Beauty by Susana Duarte and she is THE BEST!! She is a pleasure to talk to, is super aware to make it as painless as possible, and does AMAZING brows. I keep getting complimented on them!! I have zero makeup on in the photo.
