I had the length to achieve any of the 4 photos I brought in! I specifically crossed out the lower right picture with a NO on it. I did not want to go that short. I came home with a butchered mess. I Do NOT look like any of the photos, except the one I specifically said NO TO. My hair is less than 1/8 of an inch. I look like a boy. It will take me two years minimum to grow this out. It is so ugly. You can see my scalp as it is sooo short. There is no other word - ugly. I am so upset. I might add that the moment my husband saw me he was appalled at how ugly it looked. So, it’s not just my opinion. I am asking the shop owner to contact me. Please don’t ever go there and get the same stylist I had. Addendum: No, there was no miscommunication as you claim. Nicole has been doing my hair for years and is the absolute best! I have long, thick hair and have gone to many hairstylists over the years in different states, and she is the most efficient, detail-oriented, creative, and down-to-Earth person that I've ever had doing work on my hair! I highly recommend her and the salon to anyone I can!

Rae at Salon 124 is an amazing stylist. She's literally the first person in decades to give me the cut I've wanted and I love it!!! Almost 2 months later, past due for a trim and my haircut still makes me happy everyday. Add to that Rae's knowledge, talent and general awesomeness and the whole family goes to her now. Plus the Tonik products she recommended are really making my hair happy and healthy. We will follow her anywhere!

I cut my hair really short to get my color hair out and leave my natural Grey hair and I'm super satisfy with the haircut that Jon did. I'm so picky and was nervous but all disappeared. He have a client for life with me. Very pleasant.
