Michelle was amazing! I wanted wispy bangs and a long layered cut and she did fantastic with it. I definitely recommend her if you’re looking for someone who will listen to your haircut needs! Will definitely be coming back!

The woman in the third chair buzzed off part of my undercut that I’ve been trying to grow for the past 5 months. I tried explaining that a previous hair stylist gave me a bad hair cut and cut way too high up, but she was clearly not listening. She then rushed me to the chair and proceeded to give me the same bad hair cut that I was just complaining about. The whole cut lasted under a minute. I touched what I felt that she had buzzed and immediately questioned why she cut so high up and she insisted that that’s what I had asked for. When I got up and wanted to leave, the hairstylist in the first chair defended the other stylist and tried to make it out to be my fault, insisting that any stylist would’ve done the same. Hating my haircut would be an understatement. I asked for about 3 inches off with long layers (showed 3 reference videos), ended up getting nearly 5.5 inches off with a super blunt cut at the bottom and the layers are uneven and choppy. After showing the first 2 reference videos, I was told that they were both probably too much change. We based the cut off of the last of the 3 videos and I was told that it was the "longest and least dramatic option" and that "we'd start there." My hair is shorter than all 3 videos and the layers are not comparable to any of the 3 videos. I had waist length, wavy/curly, relatively healthy hair and now my hair length sits high up on my chest.
