Salon 103

Overall awesome….. until I get to the end. I’m a hardworking mom with two kids trying my best but it just so happened I needed them to help me out which obviously they get payed for, needless to say I feel like I just got robbed in the process. She did amazing and I’m so grateful but the fact that I just payed $100 for a hair cut and a hair fix up for my 6 year old which yes her hair was matted and I tried everything to get it out so I turned to professionals she tells me it was because the extra product….and the extra person which that women wanted to help her out to get it done faster mind you it’s hard to manage curly hair on a little girl when I don’t know what product to use. $100 is straight nuts i would of straight obviously tipped but after that I couldn’t. Went to the head spa with Melissa - had a great experience - so relaxing and good for your scalp!

I missed an appointment with my hair stylist that morning. I was panicking and came into the salon to get my eyebrows waxed. Both ladies, Helen and Kayla were very friendly. I spoke to Kayla about getting my highlights redone and how much it would cost. She told me and I asked her if it would be possible since I missed my appt. She simply stated, "all you gotta do is switch chairs and I can do it." I was so happy because she saved me from going on vacation with half done highlights!!! She was the most down to earth, informative, sweet, and professional lady. I felt like I'd known her my whole life. It took quite a while bc my hair is long, but she was very patient and sweet the whole time. She even stayed at least an hour pay closing time to finish. I couldn't have been more satisfied w

Very good service and my stylist was very professional and kind to my needs! I highly recommend salon 103 for any hair needs! They also have tanning and other services! A great place to plan your spa day at!!

Went tanning, very good hot bed. Definitely got some color. Clean place.
