Salon 1 Hair

I was pleased with the professionalism and my new hair style. By the way, this is a "NO Gossip" shop. I think it is hard to find a stylist that cares about the improving the quality of your hair. These ladies ROCK! My new look was truly a transformation for me. My stylist gave me no surprises. My stylist told me what she was going to do and what products she used to give me my desired look. I have no reason to try another salon. The prices were reasonable and the atmosphere was very welcoming.Thanks ladies for a memorable experience.

Stopped at Salon 1 last minute before heading to a birthday party. Huge mistake! All I wanted was a 0-1 guard fade on the sides and a clean up on top. Simple request any salon/barber should fufill. I ended up having to cut the service short because I had an uneven and choppy fade. The stylist did offer to fix the cut but she insisted the hair cut looked good and blended (it did not). I ended up paying my fee ($10) for the unfinished service and going elsewhere to try and salvage my haircut. If you are a male looking for a simple cut I would not recommend salon 1.

Julian is the best hairstylist in the 757! He is great with curly hair and natural hair styles, but is extremely versatile and knowledgeable about hair, products, and the science of hair. He's also a great listener and will give you great tips on how to keep your hair healthy. I would give him 10 stars if I could!

Ms Dannett did a wonderful job with my hair. She listened to my hair concerns and helped me figure out some areas in which I could improve! Ms. Dannett was very informative and even offered to figure out a product list to help me. She than styled my hair beautifully and I walked out the salon feeling great. I 10/10 recommend this salon to anyone in need of a professional and talented stylist!

This is the only way I will be able to speak of my disappointment until Tuesday since you guys phone does not take voicemail. Hi my name is mina and i was a first time customer However I went to you guys Saturday around 4 and I was the only customer. I went to the stylist that has no mirror she washed and condition fined but my hair is stiff and oily and I'm highly disappointed . I thought that it getting a breeze through it would help a bit but it didn't help at all. I wrapped it and ties it down and the next morning (this morning) when I unwrapped it is oily and puffy. I need somone to contact me soon because I would like my money back because there is no way I should be flat ironing my hair right now when I just got it done yesterday
