Sally nail & spa

I went in last minute on Sunday with my mother for refill services , my mothers was a foreign refill while my refill was not a foreign refill because I had prior got my full set at this location. I will say this, I did go to a different artist than my original artist at this location, which I highly regret. But due to the chaos of no one WANTING to do My Mother‘s nails or we could say no one was artistically able to draw some lines on her nails which she wanted as a design she had to go to the nail tech. I had went too that did my original set . She was satisfied with what she did for her nails, but I left out the nail salon with completely terrible unfinished nails. Fantastic nail spot!! The owners, Sally and Tran, are so nice and welcoming as well as hardworking. I get my nails done here regularly and people always compliment me on them. Love love this place.

If I could give zero stars I would . First time here and the lady almost took my whole nail off with the acrylics (with the buffer) ( Rushing ) She cut me a few times with the drill was on the phone the whole time talking on the phone she couldn’t focus on my nails and multiple times cut me with the drill she she threw my hands around she was ruff even after I told her to relax. She left gel on my cuticles and residue of products under my nails on my skin . She gave me an attitude when I asked specifically what I was being charged for because I was told a different price at the door by another worker . I like the nail shape I’m happy with that but I was not happy with the service . When she gets to painting my nails she leaves most of my tips showing and she claims she gave me French and

Jess did a great job on this manicure! I'm super happy with the outcome! Everyone I've seen at Sally's since moving to the area 6 months ago have been great!

I go here every 2 weeks or so to get my nails done and occasionally my feet I always have Sally or her husband do my services but once in a while I may need to go to someone else. I have always had a great experience here and always walk out loving my nails
