Sally Hair Braiding And Weaving

After 2 weeks and $350 spent, my braids started to loosen and fall out. I asked for it to be fixed in which they agreed but rescheduled on me 5x. I won’t ever be back. Somebody’s always busting out the windows anyway so that should tell you enough about them 🙄🙄

Gabi and her team are amazing I’ve been coming here for two years. They are very nice and very sweet. And I’ll always have or always will come to them. My hair is crisp and fresh. These knotless braids are beautiful!

I got my braids done like the second week and April as I started to take my hair down I noticed that there was 2 to 3 braids on one string of hair so I brought detangler and proceeded to take my hair down well I noticed that most of my hair was coming out even using the detangler. The next morning I go back to the shop to talk to the owner she's not concerned at all about my experience but inform me that it a 60 take down. This is very poor customer service I will never come back. At minimum she could have at like she's was concerned or agreed to take down the one's with multiple braids. She was very rude and unprofessional.

I really hate to write this review because I love getting my hair braided at Sally’s ! but this last two times hasn’t been so good the ladies COMPLAINED the whole time doing my hair! My hair wasn’t curled right and looks horrible at the ends .. I have came back to the shop twice ! to get it fixed and have experienced nothing but UNPROFESSIONAL MEAN WOMEN ! The owner is never there ! don’t respond to messages and when she does says she’s SICK ! and clearly she doesn’t control her employees and don’t care about her customer’s! i would not recommend sally’s to anyone else

Really sweet people, I went in on a Friday, I'd suggest going on like earlier during the week or mid week... My hair is really thick, so I was there for over 10 hours with 1 person on my head who did the back, and once done, another person did the front.
