This place is amazing. This place is also for the guys. I've not found one woman that wants a man with leather face. The ladies are always super helpful in recommending great products that i'm completely satisfied with.

Alondra (store employee) was awesome and very friendly while interacting with me. The hair dye product I wanted to buy was not on the store shelf yet she took time out of stocking the shelves and go to the stockroom to see if that particular hair dye color was in the recently received store shipment. Super proactive on her part, she definitely demonstrates what effective Sally's customer service means. Great Job!

I've been shopping at this Sally's location for many years. I'd say at least 15 years. I have always received friendly helpful service. I have gained knowledge from this store in regards to my hair which helped tremendously. I have also witnessed them be just as friendly and helpful to ALL customers I have seen in there over the years no matter their skin color or nationality. Even the not so friendly customers are given the same treatment as everyone else even as they whine about having to wait their turn. This is a great Sally's location that I have always witnessed to be exactly how it should be and negative people will see negative things anywhere they go. Bought a trimmer for my wife for Christmas. The sign over the trimmers has a no return policy. I was not going to purchase one because I wasn’t sure if my wife would like. The sales associate told me as long as the box is not opened I could return it. Tried to return it after Christmas and they refused to return it. I would think if a sales associate said I can return the item, that should be honored. Customer service is very lacking in this store
