The manager was incredibly helpful & friendly. Pointed me right in the direction of what I needed & thanked me for helping her aid another customer in finding a product they needed. I enjoy positive interactions like the one I had today!

Have never ever had a problem with this place until I came in here asking for a specific item and when they didnt have it they tried to convince to get something else and I dont them I didnt need that bc it will turn my blonde blue/purple and wont do anything to my yellow roots. Well she told me thats what she did with her hair and it was fine. I shouldn't have listened bc not only is my hair icy blue I also got a chemical burn

I HATE it when the workers at Sallys try to do anything but ask me if i need help. I always say NO but they bother me anyways. Tell me what im buying isnt what i need when they have NO CLUE. they dont have beauty degrees, dont listen to them and buy what YOU know you need, NOT what they try to MAKE you buy. Current state of my hair is so bad because she talked me out of what i had in my basket. Next time i go in there im literally going to premise with LEAVE ME ALONE I DONT WANT YOU ILL ADVICE.

The ladies are always very helpful and knowledgeable. Today I was informed of 2 specials that fit into my existing purchases. The mugs are SO cute! Of course, who doesn't like 30% off conditioner?!
