The manager is doesn't have any experience with the products. She is not helpful in selling products in the store. Also a bit judgmental with customers too. One cashier was extremely & professional. I will never go there again

Jalyn has literally been such a great help with me toning my hair and also bleaching my hair while maintaining my curl pattern, she’s a wonderful addition to the team!! ♥️ very grateful

Recently came here in need of a Clipper and I was not disappointed. I’ve had terrible experiences with beauty supply stores so I was already on edge about it. Thankfully, one of the employees, who I later came to know is named Kayla was a god send. She helped me with all of my questions and got me the right tool for the job at the best price!! Highly recommend this location but most importantly Kayla! Pay this young lady more!! She deserves it.

Ever heard a store policy that you need to sign up account to get purchase receipt. According to lying store clerk at Yonkers (Central Ave), will need to sign up for a Sallie Beauty account to receive order purchase and get receipt, or return. The lady took the receipt from the printer and throw it out because its the store policy. I asked where is the policy so she started laughing. I said I need see the manager, so there is no manager. She took her and went back to store and call her friend Amy to act like the store manager. I said, I wanna return, she wont let me, her reason you will need to sign up. Finally, she produce the receipt but she wont. I contacted the customer service and they stated there is no such a policy. At the end, clerk and Amy started laughing. Everything happened ri
