I came in to pick up my order and I waited for more than 10 minutes while their staff were just chit chatting in the back. I went back there to tell them I’m all set and instead of assisting me right away they just kept chatting. Just ridiculous you get paid to work not chit chat.

Every time I stop at Sally’s, all the workers are friendly and attentive, but Ma’Kalis was especially helpful, kind, and considerate. I stopped in today completely clueless about which heat protectant would be best for my 4c hair, and as soon as I was in the door, she directed me to the best quality products on the market that would strengthen my hair and smell so good. I was in and out real quick, which is what I prefer, and I feel very confident about my purchase!

I went to this store today with my teen and Bliss was absolutely amazing. She helped us so much! She was so knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything we needed step by step and even wrote everything down for us. She was able to get all the products we needed. We followed her instructions and my kid was extremely happy with the results. The store was clean, well stocked and we were greeted as soon as we walked in. Bliss went above and beyond to help us. She is so nice and has excellent customer service skills. She even told us we could call the store if we had any other questions when we got home. I've honestly never had such a great experience at a store. I can tell why she is the manager at this store. We will always come back here! Thank you Bliss!!

This store is fantastically run by Bliss, the store manager! I don’t usually leave reviews, even positive ones. But this is absolutely a different level of service given by the store manager. Today they were a bit understaffed and she was an absolute trooper. Even being the only one up front, she got through the line extremely quickly AND her positive attitude and graciousness is absolutely infectious! I did a return and it was above and beyond customer service from her; friendly, answered my questions (including when I originally called about the exchange), up-beat, patient and personable. Even though I don’t usually prefer going into big cities for my needs, I WILL be coming back to this Sally’s in particular every single time. They’ve gained my loyalty forever due to Bliss!

THE GOOD.. and 5⭐ only because of Miss Bliss, the store manager. The bad review is after the good review in this same review box. The store Manager's name is Bliss ❤️. I was using a certain tanning bed bronzer, and they didn't have the one that I was looking for so she suggested a different one and Miss Bliss has made me feel very blissful. I have a beautiful dark tan. She is very caring and understanding and she is always wanting to go above and beyond. I don't know her well enough to know how much she gets paid or what her salary is, but she should get a raise. And i hope corporate sees this review. THE BAD... CORPORATE won't add a couple more bottles of my favorite tanning lotion to that store. I don't want to order online, i want to go physically into the store and see my favorite Sal
