I absolutely adore Loren Z! I am going to start with that I had never done anything to my hair more drastic than a cut or curling iron. I have extremely long hair and decided to dye it! Not only did Loren walk me through the entire process *and* help me pick out every product I needed, but also worked with me to get the discounts I qualified for. My hair turned out amazing and I credit Loren with a good chunk of that working out.

They are always very helpful when i go in there. I can show them a list and they go grab everything i need. Very much appreciate the Customer Service.

Will never go to this Sally's again. The 2 girls working were absolutely rude! I had my vape in my hand because it was hot outside, and I didn't want to leave it in my car to explode. I was not smoking it. When i walked in the girl behind the counter yelled at me that it is illegal to have a vape out in a store and that I needed to put it in my purse.(I don't do that because the button gets hit and fries my coil.) She was completely rude about it. I have never had anyone at any store ever say anything to me. The other girl working was following me and standing at the end of the aisles staring at me. I felt so uncomfortable I left and wont go back!

I always go to Sally’s beauty supply in wood river Illinois, and I must say that I have always had such a wonderful experience there. The staff members offer valuable knowledge and seriously some of the best customer service I have ever had!! I have worked in sales/customer service my entire life so I know when it’s great! Just wanted to Brag on them because they are all sssooo amazing!!! Keep up the good work you are truly appreciated!!

The woman today was extremely helpful & knowledgeable. I had no clue what i was doing & she walked me through it step by step
