The lady with the pink hair suggested 3 different brands for hair dye, and now my hair is horrible, colors fading after 24 hours, and falling out. I showed my inspo and she gave me different colors not giving me what I wanted. Don’t go here unless u want bad service 😭🙏

Five minutes ago I went to Sally Beauty next to my shop to replace a razor that my wife had bought by mistake the day before. There were two girls working in the shop who tried to give me a reason not to return it, but they couldn’t find any logical reason. In the end, they refused to replace the razor with another one. Their treatment of me was disrespectful and rude. I will never deal with them again.

Genuinely bad customer service, sent my girlfriend there to go shopping there the other day and she came back visibly angry about the manager's lack of customer care, I am embarrassed to have even recommended her to that place at all!

I wanted to bleach my hair this nice young lady had helped me get the proper stuff, the blue stripes in her hair are really nice too. Will be coming back here next time!!❤️🥰
