i usually have a great experience here, but today this employee really disrespected me. i asked for help as one does, and as i’m telling her the history of my hair, she starts laughing in my face. the disrespect? and she also was speaking to me as if i couldn’t afford the products from here. i found that extremely rude to be honest, literally laughing in my face. i was in shock, and in the end she didn’t even help me with what i was looking for so thank you for being useless! please do better, Respect goes both ways.

I went in to see what color I should dye my hair after leaving it alone for some time, and Amber sat with me for 30 minutes trying to help me pick a color and what brand to use. We settled on Manic Panics enchanted forest and electric lizard to mix and get the right green color. She was so insightful and she genuinely cared about making sure I didn’t fry my hair😂 thank you amber I hope you see this girl🫶🏻

Customer was excellent but the servicer had lack of knowledge. A product was recommended for me to purchase but bleached my entire head. It was the most horrifying experience ever. I will never go back. I expected the seller to have true knowledge about their products but did not! My hair was bleached with the product recommended (per her, safe & user friendly) from burgundy to hot pink with a blonde scalp.

Top notch customer service every time! I went in on Friday and was promptly greeted and asked if I needed any help. I told the associate I was thinking about going back to blonde (current hair was very dark brown). It's been a few years since I lightened my hair so I was grateful for her tips and recommendations. She got me set up with everything I needed. It's day 3 of my lightening process, I'm taking it slow to protect my hair, but so far it's going great using the suggested products. I am in LOVE with the Bond Bar shampoo and conditioner!! My hair has never felt so smooth (and this is after a couple rounds of bleach!). So I decided to dye my hair again after a year and I grabbed the product I’ve always known was good, arctic fox. However even though it was the same kind I’ve used plenty in the past, it just applied so terribly spotty and patchy. I had used the bottle, but I called and ask if there’s anything they could do to help me since it was pretty pricey, and the lady I believe was a lead or possibly manager was so incredibly helpful. I went back and she let me exchange the product and helped me pick out some new ones. Usually im pretty self sufficient at choosing my own hair stuff, but this time I needed help and SHE DID THAT 👏 and the girl that was cashiering was also so incredibly nice.
