It's Sally Beauty..... Pretty much cookie cutter to every one you go in. Staff here is always super friendly and they usually have several impulse buy items that are great prices. I go here a lot and appreciate them being here!!!

I visited the Winchester store to inquire about hair color. I have never colored my hair before. Courtney spent a great deal of time educating me and helping me select products. I was so impressed with Courtney's knowledge, willingness to teach me about coloring, her kindness and happy attitude. Thank you Courtney!!!

Store manager has a bad attitude. Went into store and bought several things. Had a rain check from another store. She didn’t want to take the time to nicely explain to me that they couldn’t honor the rain check that I had to go back to the original store , which was 4.5 hours away. I asked if there was anything she could do she became patronizing and said no doll!! I told her don’t call me doll. It went down hill from there. She treated me like I was belligerent;. I wasn’t. I just expected to be treated politely. She treathened to call the police on me like she did earlier that week. I told her if she’s having to call the police that often there’s a common problem and that’s you. Went back to my home Sally’s in Tullahoma and had the situation explained nicely to me that I could not get the

I'd have too say that the lady working tonight lock the door while I was standing at it but she let another customer in. I think that's very bad for business considering it wasn't even 7:00 yet I and my money spends the same as the next person. I go to the store twice a week and the last couple times I have been there they've had bad attitudes and very unfriendly

I got an acrylic student kit here and the glue was dried up, the nail forms didn't stick, both liquid and powder did not work either. A waste of money
