I had a good experience here. The employee here was very informed and courteous. Although the store did not carry the specific hair product I wanted, the associate helped me find a suitable replacement. She seems very knowledgeable and was very enthused to assist me. Sally’s of course caries a large selection of hair products and other items. You can definitely find some good quality products here.

I have had two wonderful experiences with the staff at this store each time the staff was knowledgeable about hair color! My hair looks fabulous! Better then the salon! The quality of the hair dye is fabulous! I used the hair mask afterwards to nourish it and let me tell you not only am I saving tons of money my hair is much healthier and looks better than it has in years thank you to the staff!

Love love love the customer service. So friendly and quick to help. I didn't catch their name and it's not on my receipt but even though they were the only one in the store they helped me with my questions on nail polish and clear rubber bands (very knowledgeable), as well as helping two other customers that came in after me all while keeping a friendly positive attitude ❤️ thank you so much!

I don't know who the lovely lady was, but she was wonderful. I was having issues with cream-based shampoos leaving residue on my locs. She took the time to show us many products before we found one! Sauce is the name of a cleaning shampoo. It works! I sincerely appreciate your time and assistance.

The gentleman who was working was VERY rude. The older lady who was already in the store when I arrived, he was literally yelling from the front of the store at her, telling her to look down for whatever she was trying to find. 15 feet he could of walked over and showed her. He was very short with her the entire time. Same with me, very ride, breathing all hard when I asked about a product. My last trip was fabulous, the ladies were extremely helpful, this time? Horrible.
